The program seeks foster families to provide a nurturing and secure environment for unaccompanied refugee minors under 18 as they adapt to life in the U.S.

- Eligible participants must be at least 18 years old; both single and married adults (with proof of marriage) can apply.

- Completion of 24 hours of pre-service training; TB Test; CPR/First Aid certification; Marriage Certificate (if married); Cleared federal and state background checks for all household members over 18; Completed application; Income Verification — Pay stubs or tax forms; Approved home study/safety inspection
