The program offers assistive equipment for individuals who have a temporary need. Equipment can be borrowed for a duration of three months, with an option to extend the loan if necessary. Borrowers are accountable for the maintenance of all borrowed equipment, which includes mobility assistive devices.

- Eligibility requires a documented disability; individuals must have a physical or mental impairment that affects daily living activities, with an expectation that UILC's services will enhance their independence.
