This service offers copies of death certificates for individuals who passed away in Utah after July 2006, while those from earlier dates can be obtained from the state Office of Vital Records.

- Access to vital records is restricted to the individual named on the record and their immediate family members, including parents, current or surviving spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.
