This initiative provides temporary care for children with special needs, allowing caregivers some respite. Services are available at Orem Hospital, Springville, and Saratoga Springs.

- Serves children aged 0 to 13; accepts those from birth to 12 years with any behavioral or physical disabilities. Families must not be currently receiving services from the Division of Services for People with Disabilities, the Autism Medicaid Waiver, or any other respite service provider. Families that obtain respite services from another organization or program will no longer be eligible for the Kids On The Move Program.
