This program provides various classes for caregivers focused on important issues related to seniors and caregiving, including how to avoid scams, locate community resources, navigate long-term care facilities, manage dementia, and implement stress-reduction strategies for those caring for individuals with chronic illnesses or dementia. Classes are available both in-person and online.
