This initiative provides a range of courses and activities designed for Autistic adults, focusing on improving self-advocacy, self-determination, and social communication skills essential for adult life. It is open to applicants who are not UVU students. The curriculum covers topics such as social and relationship skills, managing anxiety and stress, fostering social engagement, and promoting mental well-being.
