This initiative supports families and individuals with low income in building new homes. Participants work together to assist one another in the construction of their residences.

- To qualify, a family's income must not exceed 80% of the area median income (AMI), their credit score should be a minimum of 640, and their debt-to-income ratio must remain below 41%, including future mortgage payments. Additionally, the family should not own another property and must commit to working at least 35 hours weekly on the homes within their group, with half of the work done by those on the mortgage and the other half by their family and friends.
