This program provides individuals with opportunities to develop life skills, access community resources, engage in community services through both volunteer and paid positions, and enhance their social and communication skills.

- Applicants must have a documented disability and meet the criteria set by the Division of Services for Adults with Disabilities (DSPD). TURN assists individuals referred to and funded by DSPD. Families or clients interested in privately funding support services can reach out to the office for further details.
