This clinic serves as a comprehensive resource center that does not require appointments. It provides legal assistance on matters such as divorce, custody, tenant rights, and family law for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes, as well as support for the elderly. Weekly services include law enforcement victim advocates, community advocates, and housing assistance. On the first Tuesday of each month, representatives from DCFS, DWS, and Wasatch Mental Health are present, while Community Action and medical insurance assistance are available on the second Tuesday of each month.

- Individuals and families earning below 200% of the federal poverty level may qualify, and those affected by criminal victimization can be eligible regardless of income.
