This service offers a communication network that allows the public to find out about the well-being of relatives and friends located in regions of the U.S. impacted by significant disasters or widespread emergencies. It also features disaster survivor registries, enabling individuals who have survived a disaster to share their names and health status for family and friends to access, or to leave voice messages with updates about their situation, whereabouts, and contact information.
