This service offers court-mandated DUI evaluations to identify the appropriate treatment program for individuals.

- Eligibility is restricted to residents of Utah County. Priority for treatment openings is given to those on Medicaid, pregnant women, and individuals who abuse intravenous drugs. Screenings typically last about two hours, and assessments will establish the necessary level of treatment. Treatment may commence within a week following the assessment.
