Early intervention services include evaluations and assessments to identify if a child has developmental delays or disabilities. These services may encompass coordination of care, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, special education, audiology, assistive technology, social work, and family education, all delivered in the child's natural setting.

- Serves children aged 0–3 who are moderately delayed in areas such as gross motor, fine motor, communication, cognition, adaptive, or social emotional skills, or have diagnoses linked to delays like Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, or cerebral palsy, including those who have transitioned from the NICU.
