Southwest Utah Public Health Department - Washington County

The bureau supervises food service establishments such as restaurants, delis, food carts, cafeterias, caterers, concession stands, and other entities involved in food preparation and service. Additionally, it oversees temporary food events (booths) and large gatherings. Regular food safety education is offered to food business owners, community organizations, and the public.
