The bureau oversees a range of food service entities such as restaurants, delis, food carts, cafeterias, caterers, concession stands, and other organizations involved in food preparation and service. Additionally, it manages temporary food events and large gatherings. Regular food safety education is offered to food business owners, community groups, and the public.
