- Admissions for treatment are prioritized as follows: 1. Pregnant individuals who inject drugs; 2. Pregnant individuals with substance abuse issues; 3. Individuals who inject drugs; 4. Women who are parenting and postpartum women (up to one year post-pregnancy, regardless of the outcome). Other priority groups, listed without a specific order, include: 1. Individuals moving from residential to outpatient care; 2. Youth; 3. Offenders as defined in RCW 70.96A.350.
