This initiative supports low-income individuals on Medicare by covering their Part A and Part B premiums. Additionally, DSHS provides assistance with co-pays and deductibles for beneficiaries with very low income.
To apply, you can call, check the website, or visit any Community Service Office (CSO).
There are no fees associated with this program.

- Residents of Washington state who are enrolled in Medicare and have an income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level qualify for maximum assistance. For Part B premium help, income must be at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Level, while Part A premium assistance is available for individuals with disabilities earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
