This program offers extensive behavioral health services to Medicaid-eligible youth up to 21 years old with intricate behavioral challenges, utilizing a collaborative care approach. It seeks community-based solutions to assist children and youth involved in multiple systems. Crisis intervention services are accessible 24/7 for enrolled youth.
Intake Procedure: To initiate screening, call the service. Youth aged 13 and above may refer themselves, while those under 13 require consent from a parent or guardian.
Fees: Services are funded through Medicaid.
