Intake Process: Individuals must come in person to complete a statement form. A representative from the family will be interviewed during each visit, and a digital record of the family's address and size is kept.
Costs: There are no fees involved.

- Assistance is limited to once every two weeks and is available only to residents of Benton City, Kennewick, Finley, Richland, and West Richland. The Benton City Food Bank caters exclusively to Benton City, while the Kennewick Food Bank serves Kennewick and Finley, and the Richland Food Bank assists Richland and West Richland.
