This service provides first and last mile connectivity for riders to key bus stops and transit centers. Rides must begin and conclude within the same designated zone. It operates as a shared ride service and necessitates a reservation at least one day in advance.
Intake Procedure: To arrange BFT CONNECT rides, you can either call or download the Via app on your mobile device. New users must set up an account, and assistance is available over the phone for account creation.
Fees: The fare structure is as follows: Adults - $1.50; Youth (18 and under) - free with a Youth Pass; Disabled individuals - $0.75; Seniors (65 and older) - free with a Senior Pass; each paid fare includes a three-hour transfer.
