Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, please call. For a free car seat or booster, contact Daphne Gallegos to arrange installation by a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician; leave a message if you do not reach her directly.
Fees: Car seats are available at a reduced cost for qualifying families. ABCD dental services are covered by WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
