Offers complimentary general medical and dental care, along with personal counseling and help with medication access through pharmaceutical companies' assistance programs.
Intake Process: Contact for new patient evaluation and to schedule an appointment. Same-day appointments for medical services may be available (please verify by calling). Dental and counseling appointments are strictly by scheduling.
Costs: No fees are charged. Donations are welcomed but not mandatory.

- Applicants must reside in Benton/Franklin County or Burbank, be uninsured, and have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Certain conditions and specific mental health medications are excluded from treatment.
