This initiative delivers community outreach, intake, assessment, and links to services along with long-term intensive case management and recovery support services as needed. It caters to both adults and youth facing substance use disorders.
Intake Procedure: Engage with the local program. Generally, referrals come from law enforcement, community organizations, and the court system, but all types of referrals are welcome.
Fees: There are no charges for services.
