This apartment community is dedicated to meeting the housing needs of families with moderate to low incomes and also accepts Section 8 vouchers.
Application Process: Applications must be completed ONSITE at Quail Ridge. Upon approval, third-party verification is required for qualification.
Fees: Please call to verify the following details. Current rent is $1,121 for a 2-bedroom unit with a $300 deposit; $1,388 for a 3-bedroom with a $350 deposit; and $1,548 for a 4-bedroom with a $400 deposit. An application fee of $16 is non-refundable. There is an additional monthly fee for washer and dryer rental: $60 for the set or $40 each. Residents may install their own washer and dryer with prior authorization and will be responsible for any damages. Carport rentals are available for $25 per month.
