This program provides vocational rehabilitation services for eligible injured workers. Applications can be obtained from the hospital or doctor's office where the initial treatment was provided and must be submitted within one year of the injury date.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should either call or visit in person to register.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
