Intake Procedure: Come in person. It is advisable to call or email beforehand to verify operating hours and ensure the air conditioning is functional.
Fees: None.

- Available to elderly or frail adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, parents with young children, and those with health issues that could be aggravated by hot weather. No one will be denied access.
