Intake Procedure: Visit the site directly. It is advisable to call or email beforehand to verify operational hours and ensure the air conditioning is functioning.
Fees: There are no charges.

- Available for elderly or frail adults, individuals experiencing homelessness, parents with young children, and those with health issues that could be exacerbated by high temperatures. No one will be denied access.
