This initiative supports youth facing homelessness in achieving educational success by arranging transportation to their previous school or aiding in their swift enrollment in a local school.
Intake Procedure: Consult with a counselor at the student's local school or reach out to the district's homeless liaison.
Fees: There are no associated costs.

- Eligible applicants include families or unaccompanied minors without a stable, regular, and adequate nighttime residence, such as those temporarily sharing housing, living in motels or camps, using non-traditional sleeping places, residing in emergency shelters or transitional housing, or waiting for foster care placement.
