This service offers public library access across various locations in North Central WA, featuring materials in both Russian and Spanish. The libraries also function as warming and cooling centers during extreme weather conditions while operating normally.
Intake Procedure: To obtain a full access library card, individuals must apply in person, with applications available at all library locations.
Fees: Residents of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties can acquire library cards at no cost.
