This service offers public library access at various locations in North Central WA, providing materials in Russian and Spanish, and acting as warming and cooling centers during extreme weather.
Intake Process: Library cards for full access are provided in person, with applications available at all library locations.
Cost: Residents of Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties can obtain library cards at no charge.

- Library cards are available free of charge to individuals residing or owning property in Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, or Okanogan counties; residents outside these areas or in non-contracting communities may obtain a card for a fee. Adults 18 and over must present ID with a current address, while minors can receive a card without ID, and parents or guardians can complete applications for their children regardless of age.
