This program offers nutritional support and education to low-income pregnant individuals, new parents, infants, and children under five, with benefits around $150 monthly for a family of two, plus extra farmers market vouchers in summer.

- Residents of Washington state who are at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level and have a nutrition risk are eligible. This includes pregnant individuals, postpartum parents, and children under five. Income eligibility is also met if applicants receive Basic Food benefits, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), or TANF.
