This initiative provides lower-income families with the opportunity to own homes by investing sweat equity hours into building safe, comfortable, and affordable residences, including their own.

Fees: Habitat homes are available to partner families through a mortgage lasting 25 to 30 years, which the homeowners must repay in monthly installments.

- Applications are accepted year-round from residents in the Greater Wenatchee and East Wenatchee areas who earn between 40 and 60% of the Area Median Income and are prepared to contribute 500 hours of sweat equity.
