This program offers comprehensive financial assistance to adults recognized as incapacitated by DSHS, who lack income or are part of the ABD program. Support may cover costs related to rent, moving, utilities, hygiene products, and transportation.
Intake Procedure: To begin, please call or email to arrange an appointment.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Applicants must be classified as incapacitated by DSHS due to mental health issues, physical disabilities, or participation in a chemical dependency treatment program that hinders their ability to work, and must either have no income or be enrolled in the ABD (Aged, Blind and Disabled) program. DSHS will assess earned income and assets to ensure they fall within the income level guidelines. Certain government income programs, including SSI, SSDI, and TANF, are not eligible. Once approved by DSHS, priority is given to individuals who are homeless or at risk of losing their housing.
