Clallam County Superior Court

This court accepts petitions for protection orders, with civil protection petitions reviewed daily on the civil ex-parte docket. The types of orders available include those for domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, vulnerable adult protection, and anti-harassment.

Intake Procedure: Fill out the necessary forms and submit them to the Clerk's office, either by email or in person.

Fees: For Anti-Harassment petitions, please reach out to the Clerk's Office. A filing fee of $53 applies unless it has been waived by the court.
