This initiative provides preventive health and educational resources to support individuals in having a healthy pregnancy and baby. It caters to pregnant individuals who are enrolled in Medicaid, in addition to offering medical and prenatal care.
Intake Procedure: For more details, please call. Services are available in-office, at home, in various community locations, and through telehealth.
Fees: Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
