- Eligibility is for women who have used or are currently using alcohol or drugs during pregnancy and are either pregnant or within six months postpartum and poorly connected to community resources, or for those with a child diagnosed with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) or Effects (FAE) who are in their childbearing years.
