Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit our main office and inform the front desk that you wish to utilize the services of our OBOT clinic.

Fees: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private payments, private insurance, and offer low-cost/sliding scale options. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, NOHN ensures that no one is denied care due to their financial situation. We also provide a sliding fee scale application, which can grant discounts of up to 100% on services based on household size and income.
