Intake Procedure: To schedule an appointment, call during business hours or visit the facility directly. No appointment is needed for pregnancy tests or emergency contraception.
Fees: A sliding scale for fees may be applicable. The facility accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), Take Charge, and private insurance.

- There are no restrictions; Washington state law does not require parental consent for family planning services at any age, including abortions, birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD testing and treatment. However, youth aged 13 and younger may need parental consent for emergency contraception prescriptions.
