The City of Battle Ground provides a 25% discount on utility bills for eligible residents.
Application Process: Individuals can apply by walking in, calling, or visiting the website. Those renewing their eligibility must submit updated financial documents and a signed affidavit by October 31 at 5pm to qualify for the discount starting January 1 of the following year.
Fees: None.

- Applicants must have the utility bills in their name, reside at the property as their primary home, be at least 62 years old, have a winter water usage from December to March averaging no more than 6 units per month, and meet the income criteria.
