Intake Procedure: Users can schedule rides online, via the mobile app, or by phone, and must create an account.
Fees: For individuals aged 18 and older, the cost is $1.50 per ride. A reduced fare of $0.75 per ride is available for seniors (65 and older), low-income individuals, disabled riders, and Medicare recipients. Rides for those aged 0-18 are free.
