Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for details or visit the website to obtain an application. Applications submitted by the Friday before the upcoming meeting will be considered. Those who provide complete applications will receive written notification of the foundation's decision within 10 business days following the meeting.
Fees: There are no fees associated.
