• To qualify, income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), and countable resources should not exceed $14,100 for individuals or $28,150 for married couples living together. Certain assets, such as primary residences, life insurance policies, burial plots, vehicles in use, and specific distributions from Alaska Native corporations, are excluded from the resource limit. Enrollment in a Medicare prescription drug plan (PDP), like Medicare Part D or a Medicare Advantage Plan (Part C) that offers prescription coverage, is also required.
