This program offers Buprenorphine and Naltrexone within an office-based, outpatient behavioral health treatment setting. Although an assessment and counseling are necessary to obtain medication for opioid use disorder, they are not required for the initial appointment. The program is also open to working with polysubstance users on an individual basis.

Fees: The program accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance exclusively.
