This program offers a variety of medical services such as physical exams, family planning, well-child check-ups, immunizations, management of chronic diseases, nutrition counseling, diabetes screening and care, as well as women's health services specifically for enrolled American Indian/Alaska Natives.

- Eligibility includes enrolled American Indian/Alaska Natives from Federally Recognized Tribes, direct descendants of such individuals, state-recognized Native Americans or First Nations members with insurance, dependents of enrolled Cowlitz Tribal Members with insurance, and tribal employees along with their dependents and spouses who have billable insurance.
