Intake Process: A home visit and intake assessment are required for those not already registered. It is necessary to schedule transportation at least 24 hours in advance by calling.
Fees: For private pay, the charge is an hourly rate of $44 plus the IRS mileage rate; please call to verify fees and obtain further information. WA Apple Health Medicaid clients who have received a referral from the state are accepted; contact for additional details.
