This initiative provides home visits to first-time mothers and their families during pregnancy and up until the child is two years old.
Intake Process: Individuals interested in the program can reach out via phone, text, or email for additional details. Community members are also welcome to refer potential clients through our website by filling out a referral form, although a referral is not mandatory. Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
