This initiative grants a $10 monthly credit on one active Douglas PUD account for residents of Douglas County who allocate at least 6% of their annual income to energy bills and whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or 80% of the Area Median Income.

Costs: There are no associated fees.
