This program provides reviews of plans for new or remodeled food service establishments, along with licensing and inspections of these facilities. It also addresses complaints related to foodborne illnesses and offers training while issuing food worker cards.
Intake Procedure: Call to inquire. Food Worker Card Test Schedule: Thursdays at 9am in English and 10am in Spanish. Additionally, food workers can access the exam online at www.foodworkercard.wa.gov.
Fees: There are fees associated with permits and food worker permits.
