Intake Process: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts a variety of insurance plans including most private insurance, WA Apple Health (Medicaid), and Medicare. A sliding scale fee is available, starting at $20, and assistance with insurance enrollment is provided when applicable.
