This initiative provides counseling on nutrition and breastfeeding, evaluates access to nutritious foods, and offers help with referrals to necessary services for low-income women, infants, and children aged 0 to 5. Participants must have an income that is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Fees: There are no charges for these services.
