Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Eligible participants include women with a significant history of alcohol or drug use during pregnancy, limited success with community services, and those who are currently pregnant or up to six months postpartum. The program also accepts mothers with children affected by Fetal Alcohol Syndrome or effects who are still capable of having more children.
